BRAND DEVELOPMENT / CREATIVE MARKETING DESIGN
Working at Hybrid for over three years gave me a unique perspective on the company’s evolution — and the chance to actively contribute to its transformation. The merger of Wicked Brand and Quatro into Hybrid was a long, creative journey, and I was deeply involved in shaping the new brand language. From the start, we built elements that reflected Hybrid’s core philosophy and values, and once the foundation was set, we expanded the language in bold and engaging ways. My work spanned the social media brand launch, merchandise design, WhatsApp stickers, office posters, internal newsletters, and even a digital artwork for our studio space.

Social Media Marketing
Once the brand language was established, I contributed to shaping Hybrid’s social media presence. This stage focused on refining the voice while ensuring an engaging and up-to-date online identity — from expressing the brand’s offering, philosophy, and values to creating culturally relevant content. My role included brainstorming sessions, generating creative concepts, designing visuals, and storyboarding for the animator to bring ideas to life.

While working on this brand, I discovered a clear distinction between how we communicated with our target audience and how we communicated internally.
This “in-between space” opened up a special opportunity to explore different tones, formats, and creative expressions, allowing the brand to feel both authentic to its audience and inspiring for the people within the company.
